Well, happy 17th anniversary, NoLimits! I've been here all 17 years—can you believe that? I'm going to give you some history of the church. Some of you may have heard parts of this before, but many haven't. We've even pulled some pictures to show you guys.
In March 2008, we had our very first service in Claremore. It was in a hotel conference room, and I still remember the day my dad called to ask if I would be the worship leader. I was 18 or 19 years old, just a year into marriage, and of course, I said yes.
Just a few weeks in, we realized we were called to Owasso. In July 2008, we moved to 76th and 129th.
We started in one suite and eventually grew to occupy four.
Three years later, we had a combined service with The Presence church, handed them the keys, and left everything behind. That included our sound equipment and chairs—we gave them a great start. Pastor Alvin Fer, who leads The Presence, is now the mayor of Owasso!
Next, we moved to Collinsville into a church gym that wasn't being used. It seemed like a good fit at the time, but we quickly realized our calling was still in Owasso. Even though it seemed like a misstep, it allowed us to prepare that space for their youth ministry.
After a year in Collinsville, we moved back to Owasso into an old grocery store that we shared with a pawn shop. That building later became known due to a fire next door. Our church got some unexpected attention because of that incident.
In 2016, we were told we had nine months to move out because the building was being torn down. By February 2017, we were back in a hotel conference room. That experience birthed the idea of using our future building as an event center during the week.
In November 2017, we moved into our current location. At first, it was rough and unfinished, but we fixed things as we went. We grew and eventually expanded the auditorium in September 2024, increasing our seating by 40%.
In June 2018, I became the lead pastor. My dad led the church for the first 10 years while I served as worship leader. I wasn’t even 30 yet, and though I resisted the idea, God made it clear.
August 2020 was a major turning point. I went from a "feel-good pastor" to a true apostle of Jesus Christ. That season came with trials, but also with a deeper understanding of spiritual authority.
Over the last 17 years, God has been preparing us for what's next. In 2020 and 2021, while taking a stand during a challenging cultural season, I felt alone. But the Lord gave me a vision of lights across the nation—churches like ours raised up for revival.
A prophecy over our church says we will occupy Owasso until Jesus comes. We will become a leading force, owning businesses, serving on boards, and operating multiple locations. No Limits Church will be the talk of the town—where people go to meet Jesus.
Two years ago, we pursued the last available piece of land off the highway in Owasso. At first, I wanted a phased, responsible plan. But God nudged me toward something greater: a 1,200-seat auditorium and more.
As I aligned with God's vision, excitement replaced hesitation. He will fund what He initiates. Now, plans are in motion, and our spirits are full of joy and confidence.
We created a video to cast the vision for the city: a place where Owasso gathers. It's more than a church—it's a coffee shop, event space, small group haven, and a 1,200-seat auditorium for worship, weddings, and community.
Years ago, I had a dream that our church is like an airport terminal. People will come from all over the world to get equipped and take what they receive back home. We are being prepared not just for ourselves, but to bless others.

In Micah 3:8, the prophet declares he is filled with power and justice to boldly speak truth. This message applies to us today—we are the remnant. Micah 4:8 says our kingship will be restored, and we believe the church is meant to lead.
Micah 4:13 speaks of a wealth transfer from the wicked to the righteous. This isn’t arrogance; it’s God’s design. We will steward resources well and ask, "Lord, what do you want us to do with this?"
Micah 5:7-9 says the remnant will take their place among the nations, like dew and like lions—unstoppable. That’s us. When God restores a remnant, no one can hold them back.
Micah 7:15 says, "Yes," declares the Lord, "I will do mighty miracles for you." The nations will stand amazed, embarrassed at their own efforts. And we will say, "The Lord did it."
After our baby’s gender reveal ultrasound, we went to a busy restaurant and were given a private room without a wait. The Lord said, "This is a sign of my favor." Get ready to see His favor everywhere you go.
Owasso means "the end" and "to turn around." We are called to be a safe place in the end times, turning people around and sending them out. That’s our calling. Amen!
Yes, says the Lord, He will do mighty miracles for you. This is His show. Just follow Him, and everything will practically fall into your lap. Buckle up and enjoy the adventure.
