A 1 Thessalonians Study

What was the church in Thessalonica known for? The church in Thessalonica was known for six things: their work of faith, their labor of love, their enduring hope, receiving the word with joy despite persecution, warmly welcoming the apostles, and turning from idols to serve the living God. We're going to 1 Thessalonians chapter 1. […]

What You Say After You Pray Matters

What You Say After You Pray Matters

How to Move Your Mountain: The Battle Plan Jesus Gave Us in Mark 11 I'm retired from law enforcement after 33 years: military police, a sheriff's department, and 21 years inside the prisons. Today my wife Rose and I pastor Fellowship of Believers in Langley, Oklahoma. When we took that church two years ago, they […]

Got an Overwhelming Problem? Here's the Biblical Response

Got an Overwhelming Problem? Here's the Biblical Response

Have y'all ever spent a whole day discouraged? Not just an hour, a whole day. Maybe even a week, or a month, or a year. I don't know if you realize this, but discouragement is not doing you any favors. So you might as well get rid of it. Why Does God Command Us Not […]

What does God do after you mess up?

What Does God do After You Mess Up?

Is God's power actually for me personally? God's power is for you, which means it keeps showing up in your life ready to work on your behalf, even on the days you have not walked in the fullness of it. You know, when somebody's for you, they keep showing up, don't they? They keep cheering […]

What God Sees When You Only See Your Mistakes

Living in the Realm of the Impossible: What Abraham's Story Teaches Us About Faith The Lord had me stirred all week about Abraham. He's the father of our faith, and the more I sat with his story, the more I saw a connection to something else God has been putting on my heart: living in […]

The Two Signs You’re Truly Living as a Child of God

The Two Signs You’re Truly Living as a Child of God

You Have the Right to Become a Child of God: What That Actually Means I was reading John chapter 1 in the middle of the night a couple of nights ago, and rhema came (That's when the word just becomes revelation to you). I've read John 1 how many times, and I realized that the […]

How to Stop Seeing Your Problems as Bigger Than God

How to Stop Seeing Your Problems as Bigger Than God

Why do we come together as a church every Sunday? We gather because Christ gave gifts to the church, and those gifts are how we grow into maturity. We come to give and to receive, reciprocating the anointing, because we all carry a gift from the Lord for the body of Christ. Every time we […]

The Bible's Answer to Every Money Struggle

The Bible's Answer to Every Money Struggle

Why Generosity Is the Fuel That Unlocks God's Provision I want to start with a story most of us skip past. In Hebrews 11, the list of people who lived by faith begins with Abel, and I do not think that is an accident. What does the story of Abel teach us about giving God […]

What to do when faith turns into doubt

What to do when your FAITH turns to DOUBT

How do your words create what you see? You are creating with your words, and you can change your life by aligning what you say with what God says. The chairs in this room are here because of words. This building, the air conditioning, the house you live in, all of it started with words. […]

How to face your battles from victory

How to Face Your Troubles From a Place of Victory

What does Hebrews 11 teach about faith and the unseen? Faith is the evidence of things we cannot see, and by faith we understand that everything we see was created by the unseen. Hebrews 11:1 says faith shows the reality of what we hope for. It is the evidence of things we cannot see. Through […]

How you can give satan permission in your life

How You Can Give Satan Permission (Without Realizing It)

You Don't Have to Fight the Devil, You Just Have to Stand We took our family to Branson this last week to celebrate our 19th anniversary, and we were staying in a cabin that shared a wall with another unit. That night I kept falling asleep and waking up sensing chaos in the room, even […]

This is Keeping You From Moving Forward

This is Keeping You From Moving Forward

Why You Can't Skip Steps on the Way to Spiritual Authority We're in Ephesians chapter 4 today, and I sense this is a final preparation moment for us. It's kind of like Numbers 33, when God gave His people those last instructions before He said, "Okay, now go across. You're ready." I'm both encouraged and […]

Jesus’ Warning About Money (to You)

Jesus’ Warning About Money (to You)

What Does It Mean When Jesus Says Every Seed You Sow Comes Back to You? Jesus promised that when you sow into the kingdom of God, that seed comes back to you a hundredfold, and He said so Himself. Last week I said something that just rang out across the room. I said every seed […]

Jesus wants to end your financial struggle

Calling the End of Financial Struggle

Why Does Financial Struggle Keep Following Me? The end of financial struggle doesn't come from more money — it comes from seeing money the way God does. I sense the Lord calling an end to financial struggle. And I want you to understand what that means because it doesn't mean a bigger check is coming. […]

Worried You're Going to Miss God's Voice?

What does it mean when Jesus says "don't let your heart be troubled"? "Don't let your heart be troubled" is a direct command from Jesus, which means you have a choice in whether you let trouble in. In John 14, Jesus opens with this: "Don't let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust […]

Getting God's Results

Getting Gods Results

Why Did God Tell Us to Study Nicodemus? God pointed us to Nicodemus not to celebrate him, but to learn what not to do. On February 2nd, 2025, a prophecy was given over this church. The Lord directed us back to it for this message. Here's what it said: There's a shift that's coming, says […]

Why God Is Holding Back His Power

Getting Ready for the Power of God

Why does God seem to hold back His power today? God is not withholding His power because He is distant. He is withholding it as an act of mercy because most of us are not yet ready for it. Acts chapter 5 opens with a story we like to skip over. Ananias and Sapphira sold […]

Most Christians Miss the Point of Pentecost

What Does the Holy Spirit Actually Do for You? Most of us have heard that the Holy Spirit is important. But do we actually know what he does? Pentecost Sunday is one of the most significant days in the church calendar, and I think it is one of the most misunderstood. The Holy Spirit is […]

Receiving vs being filled with the Holy Spirit

Receiving vs Being Filled With the Holy Spirit

You Can Receive the Holy Spirit and Still Be Empty: Here's Why There is a difference between receiving the Holy Spirit and being filled with the Holy Spirit. Most people don't know that. And that difference is the reason so many believers feel dry, powerless, and wonder where the boldness went. I've been sitting in […]

You can do what Jesus did

Jesus Said You Can Do What He Did

What Does "As the Father Has Sent Me" Actually Mean? Jesus drew a direct line between the way He was sent and the way He sends us — same power, same authority, same Holy Spirit, no exceptions. After the resurrection, Jesus appeared to the disciples behind locked doors. And the first thing He commissioned them […]

How to address others faults God's way

Addressing Faults Gods Way

What does it mean to be blessed with every spiritual blessing? Every spiritual blessing already belongs to you because you are united with Christ — not because you earned it. Paul opens Ephesians by writing to God's holy people who are faithful followers of Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 1:1-2) If Paul were to walk into a […]

You're looking for God's love in the wrong places

You're Looking for God's Love in the Wrong Place

You Can't Skip to Spiritual Authority A lot of people want to walk in spiritual authority. They want to cast out devils, destroy the kingdom of darkness, and see God move in power. But there's a progression, and if you skip step one, you're going to get beat up. The scripture is clear: submit to […]

The path to authority

The Path to Authority

Most Christians want the big stuff. The authority to speak to storms. The faith of the centurion. The kind of life where you wake up and just know that God's got your back in every situation. But there's a path to get there, and a lot of us are trying to skip it. We're walking […]

Denomination Reconciliation

Denomination Reconciliation

We All Have the Same Spirit I want you to sit with something for a second. Ephesians 4:4-6 says it plain: "There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, […]
